We had a very long winter and many people felt spring would never come. But here are some photos that show otherwise. Spring is finally here! Let's hope the snow stays away until winter.

I have enjoyed this past week outdoors with the girls after school and kept coming back to God's promise of seasons. Even though we had a long winter, He kept His promise found in Genesis, "As long as the earth remains, there will be springtime and harvest, cold and heat, winter and summer, day and night." Genesis 8:22 NLT.

Jaelyn and Ava have been talking about their game "hiding the teddies". I took them outside and asked them to show me the game that daddy lets them play. They remind me of my childhood days when I climbed, swung, and jumped out of trees. I have told them that they should not play this game for a while. They show no fear as they play their game and it looked like an extension of gymnastics class. They love the game but I am a little fearful that they might fall out of the tree
and hurt themselves.

They have continued to play this game in the back yard and did not find one of the teddies. Bexx found it and Britney is now missing her ears and hair.
Lesson learned….teddies belong in the house and not outside.

The girls love to pose for the camera lately. As soon as the picture is done they want to see it. Here are a few from this past week while they were on the trampoline.

We recently purchased a hot tub. This is the girls favourite new place. Bexx is real eager to go for a swim as well.
